Let’s design your journey

Design is hard. Growing your career? Even harder. Whether you're just starting out or trying to level up to a senior or staff role, I offer one-on-one mentorship to help you navigate it all—with honest feedback, actionable advice, and support that’s tailored to you.

What We Can Work On

  • Portfolio + case study reviews (no vague “this looks good!” feedback here)

  • Interview prep (whiteboarding, take-homes, storytelling)

  • Navigating career growth (IC leveling, cross-functional work, design strategy)

  • Product thinking + how to work better with PMs and engineers

  • Growing your voice and confidence as a designer

No topic is too small or “silly.” This is a safe, judgment-free zone.

Who This Is For

  • You're a new designer trying to break into the industry and feeling overwhelmed

  • You're mid-level and wondering what it actually takes to get to senior

  • You're senior and looking for more strategy, impact, or leadership opportunities

  • You’re stuck on a portfolio, interview, or just want a second set of eyes

  • Or honestly… you just want to talk to someone who's been through it and gets it

You’re Not Alone in This
